What working with us actually looks like

Because we will not publish numbers we cannot prove. Placement is a high-stakes decision, and the last thing a nursing student needs is a wall of unverifiable testimonials. We do not publish fabricated reviews, we do not display star ratings or aggregate scores, and we do not embed review markup to manufacture a rating in search results. When we have verified, permissioned student feedback to share, it will appear here with real attribution and dates, and not before.

We know what this costs us. A page of glowing quotes converts better than a page of policy, and every marketer in this niche knows it. We are making the opposite bet: that a student sophisticated enough to be comparing placement services is sophisticated enough to notice which sites invent their proof and which ones refuse to.

Through a fixed process with no exceptions. First, the feedback has to come from a student we actually worked with, which we verify against our own records. Second, it is published only with the student's explicit permission. Third, it appears in the student's own words, with enough context, program type, specialty, rough timeline, to be useful, and we do not edit for flattery. Fourth, critical feedback is eligible on the same terms as praise, because a reviews page that only ever says nice things is just advertising with extra steps.

We also do not pay for reviews, trade discounts for them, or import quotes from other platforms we cannot verify. If this page grows slowly under those rules, that is the policy working exactly as intended.

The same standard applies to every number on this site. You will not find a students-helped counter we cannot audit, a placement rate we cannot document, or a satisfaction percentage conjured from nowhere. Where we cite hour requirements, they come from program materials you can check yourself, and where we cannot verify something, we either hedge it plainly or leave it out. A review policy is only credible if the rest of the site is held to it.

When students describe what mattered about placement support, the same four outcomes come up again and again, and they are the standard we hold ourselves to.

• Starting the practicum term on schedule, rather than losing a term to a preceptor search.
• A preceptor the school actually approves, sourced to be credentialed and approvable, not just willing.
• Not restarting after a mid-term drop, because a backup is already in place.
• Straight answers about their specific program, including whether a placement pledge really covers their state and specialty.

Notice what is not on the list: promises about speed we cannot control, guarantees about approval decisions that belong to the school, or claims about how many thousands of students we have helped. Outcomes we can influence, we own. Outcomes we cannot, we refuse to sell.

Read the pages where we could have exaggerated and did not. Our pricing page tells you to use your school's placement pledge first if you have one, which is advice against our own revenue. Our school ledger publishes the hour figures with their sources and tells you to verify them in your own catalog. Our process page states plainly that approval rests with your school and that placement is never guaranteed.

Then test us directly. Ask the chat advisor a hard question about your specific program, the kind with a checkable answer, and see whether you get a straight reply or a pitch. A service's behavior before you pay is the most honest review you will ever read.

We will not claim a placement rate we cannot document, imply a university endorses us, or promise a guaranteed match. If your program offers placement support, we will tell you to use it first. That posture costs us some easy marketing, and it is the reason you can trust what is on the rest of this site.
