We are an independent placement service. We are not a university, we do not process financial aid, and we cannot advise on admissions. If your question is about finding and approving an NP preceptor, or a practicum mentor for a non-NP MSN track, you are in the right place.

One honest note about what we cannot answer: your school's official requirements. We can tell you what a program publishes and what its process usually looks like from the placements we have run, but the binding answer on hours, deadlines and approval rules always comes from your own catalog, practicum handbook and field-experience office. Where those documents are ambiguous, we will help you frame the exact question to put to your program so the answer you get back is one you can plan against.

Five facts, and the first reply you get will be a real plan instead of a request for more information.

• Your school, because approval processes, paperwork and deadlines differ program to program.
• Your track and specialty: FNP, PMHNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP, or a non-NP leadership, education or informatics MSN, since each needs a different kind of preceptor or mentor.
• Your state, and the city or region where you can realistically attend clinicals.
• Your timeline: when your next clinical course starts, and any application deadline your school has published.
• Your remaining hours, or at least your program's total, whether that is 750 at the schools on the new NTF floor, 640 split across four courses, or a 100 to 200 hour non-NP practicum.

If you have already tried sites on your own, say so. Knowing who has declined, and why, saves the search from repeating dead ends, and a rejection reason often tells us exactly what your school's approvers are strict about.

Non-NP students, the same five facts apply with one substitution: instead of a specialty, tell us your track's practicum focus, leadership, education or informatics, and the kind of project your program expects. A 100 to 200 hour mentorship is a different search from a 750-hour clinical placement, and knowing which one you need on the first read means the first reply is already the right kind of plan.

A placement advisor reads your message and replies within one business day, and the reply is specific: whether we can source for your track and market, what your school's approval process involves, what a realistic timeline looks like from today, and what the fee would be if a match is confirmed. No invoice is generated by asking. If your situation is one where your school's own placement support is the better first move, we say that plainly, because our pricing only ever attaches to a confirmed, approved match.

From there, you decide. If you go ahead, sourcing starts immediately and the paperwork pass described on how it works runs alongside it. If you are not ready, the plan is yours to keep, and nothing follows you around.
